1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using metatraderapi.xyz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Service, including its API endpoints, dashboard, documentation, and associated tools.

2. Description of Service

metatraderapi.xyz provides cloud-hosted API infrastructure for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms, including:

• Client API for connecting and trading on MT4/MT5 accounts.
• Manager API for broker-level administrative access.
• Cloud Trade Copier for replicating trades between accounts.
• WebSocket streaming for real-time market data.
• Related documentation, SDKs, and developer tools.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access our Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show evidence of fraudulent activity.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features are available only under a paid subscription plan.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or as agreed at purchase.
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Free Trial: New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial.
• Renewals: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Payment Methods: Cryptocurrency payments and manual bank invoices are accepted.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Engage in market manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, or trading fraud.
• Abuse, overload, or damage the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
• Use the Service for money laundering or financing of terrorism.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your subscription plan includes a defined number of connected MetaTrader accounts and API request rate limits. You agree to operate within these limits. Excessive usage may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or an automatic upgrade prompt.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of metatraderapi.xyz.

You retain ownership of your data and API applications. By using our Service, you grant metatraderapi.xyz a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your data solely as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Trading involves financial risk, and we are not responsible for any trading losses resulting from use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, metatraderapi.xyz and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading positions, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Availability and SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for our cloud API infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We do not guarantee latency targets for trade execution, as this depends on broker server connectivity.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the panel — your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any unresolved disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
